I actually really like the bars themselves, they taste good, make an easy snack, and I was happy with the product once it finally got here. That said, the shipping has been inconsistent for me. My last order arrived almost a week late, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just kind of left guessing.
I did reach out to customer service, and they responded, which I appreciated, but the answer was basically just to wait a little longer. I get that delays happen, but it makes me hesitant to order again if delivery is going to be that unpredictable. I’d still recommend the snacks themselves, but I really hope they can make the shipping experience more reliable.

I tried it and it was fine, but the calories are way higher than I expected. I don’t really know why they made it like that, but it’s just not something I’d pick again.

I mean, a few of the bars actually taste good, so that was nice. Others are just kind of bland, which is a little disappointing, but I guess flavor isn’t always the priority.

I keep going back to kindsnacks.com because there are just so many flavors to choose from. It’s not only the plain, basic ones either... some are nutty, some are a little sweeter, and a few feel like a small dessert snack!
I like being able to switch things up so I don’t get bored. Plus, everyone in my family has their own favorites, so ordering a mix actually works out really well.

So... I ordered peanut butter, but when my box showed up, it had dark chocolate instead. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying since it wasn’t what I asked for.

I’ve been getting my KIND box for a few months now, and it’s been really easy. The deliveries show up when they’re supposed to, and if I don’t need more snacks, I can just skip a box without any hassle. The mix has been good too, nothing weird or random. I’m happy with it.

I usually reach for one of these between meals. Because they’re filling without being too heavy, I’m not digging around for snacks all afternoon. They just keep me satisfied until my next meal

I’ve bought these a bunch of times i’ve never gotten a bad box. It’s just one of those snacks I trust when I want something easy to grab

The return process was slow, and I was wondering what was going on for a while?? But the refund did come through in the end, so it turned out okay.

I actually like the bars a lot, but ordering from the website was annoying. My order just sat there for days with no real updates, and the shipping ended up taking longer than what was advertised. Customer service did respond, but it felt like they were leaning on little policy loopholes instead of actually helping, like “shipping times are estimates” even though the site makes it sound more reliable. I’ll probably just buy them in-store next time instead of ordering online again...

I don’t know what’s going on with these bars lately, but it’s been really hit or miss. One box will taste fresh and totally fine, then the next one is dry and kind of weird. Like, make it make sense. I used to know what to expect, but now it feels like a gamble every time I buy them...

I buy KIND bars every now and then when I want something quick that feels, I guess, a little better than grabbing a candy bar. I do like that they have nuts and fairly simple ingredients, and most of them don’t feel too heavy. That said, some flavors still have more sugar than I was expecting, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, I’d say they’re good snacks, just maybe not quite as healthy as I’d like.

I ordered a few bars from kindsnacks.com and the box arrived a bit crushed on one side. Nothing was missing, but a few of the wrappers were bent up, which felt kind of unnecessary for such a simple order.
The snacks were still totally fine to eat, so I’m not too upset about it. I just wish they used a sturdier box or a little more padding so everything showed up looking nicer.

I was disappointed. The bars tasted like they’d been sitting around forever, and there was nothing fresh about them at all. Total letdown...

My order wasn’t showing the right tracking info, so I ended up emailing KIND customer service. i’m a little worn out from having to follow up on basic stuff like this with companies, but they did get back to me the next day and the person was nice enough about it.

They looked into the shipment and sent over the correct tracking details, which was really all I needed. It wasn’t the quickest fix, but it also didn’t turn into some drawn-out back-and-forth, so I’ll give them credit for that. Overall, 4 stars.

I ordered these snacks expecting them to show up in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping took forever. They arrived way later than expected — what a joke.

I like that KIND bars seem to be everywhere around me. I’ve picked them up at Target, regular grocery stores, and even gas stations when I’m in a rush. From how consistently they’re stocked, I assume I’m not the only one grabbing them all the time. They’re especially handy when I forget to pack snacks for work, and I’ve never really had trouble finding the flavors I like.

These are just the right size for snacking. I like that the portions feel satisfying without being too much, so they’re definitely worth keeping around

I do like these bars. They taste good, they’re easy to toss in my bag, and they’re convenient for work or when I’m running around.
That said, the price is starting to feel like a real issue. A box disappears quickly in my house, and when I look at what you actually get for the cost, it adds up faster than it should.
I’ll probably keep buying them when they’re on sale, but I’m getting to the point where I’d reconsider at full price. If the price keeps going up or the value doesn’t improve, I’d be more likely to bring it up with customer service or just switch to something else.
